Senior Piping Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Piping Engineer at McDermott, you will utilize your expertise and best practices to enhance the Piping discipline within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Perform conceptual, FEED, or detailed design analysis according to project requirements and standards - Lead Engineering team on small projects and provide guidance as needed - Prepare detailed design calculations, reports, and procedures within set schedules and budgets - Communicate complex issues effectively and ensure understanding among team members - Identify changes in scope, deviations, or the need for change orders promptly - Interface with various departments, stakeholders, and external parties for project requirements - Supervise Associate Engineers and Engineers, providing support and guidance as necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering - 8-15 years of experience in oil and gas industry, with a focus on detail design - Preferably a Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society - Willingness to travel for business purposes - Proficient in Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design Phases of Projects - Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ANSI, ASME, API, BS, NFPA - Knowledge of design techniques, SP3D / E3D / Navisworks, and modularization approach Company Details: Lutech Resources, with over 25 years of experience, specializes in tailored recruitment and integrated resource management for Engineering, Energy, and Manufacturing sectors globally.
