Job Description: Senior Physiotherapist / Physiotherapy Consultant
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist / Physiotherapy Consultant to lead clinical physiotherapy services, contribute to patient rehabilitation plans, and guide junior staff. The role involves providing expert assessment, treatment, and consultation for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.Provide advanced therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, electrotherapy, and exercise prescription.Consult on complex cases and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Supervise, mentor, and train junior physiotherapists and support staff.Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention.Stay updated with latest physiotherapy research and integrate evidence-based practices.Contribute to outpatient and inpatient care across various settings including orthopedics, neurology, sports medicine, and geriatrics.Document patient progress and prepare reports as required.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, with proven expertise in assessment and treatment.Advanced certification or specialization in relevant fields (preferred).Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and rehabilitation sciences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and lead a team.Additional Skills:
Proficiency in modern physiotherapy equipment and techniques.Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
