Qualification: MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) – MSK & Sports Rehab
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience

Vrriksha is a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation center focused on pain-free movement, advanced recovery techniques, posture correction, and holistic well-being. We help athletes, working professionals, and chronic pain patients regain mobility and strength with evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
• Provide advanced physiotherapy care for orthopedic, sports injury, neuro, post-surgical, and lifestyle-related conditions.
• Supervise exercise programs, manual therapy, and rehabilitation sessions.
• Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists and interns.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, fitness experts, and rehab specialists for integrated care.
• Educate patients on posture correction, preventive exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Contribute to patient engagement activities, workshops, and awareness programs.

• Strong clinical expertise with evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
• Excellent hands-on therapy and assessment skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
• Leadership ability to mentor and supervise junior staff.

Eligibility

• Female candidate with MPT qualification (Musculoskeletal & Sports preferred).
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience in a reputed physiotherapy/recovery center.
• Willingness to take lead responsibility at the JP Nagar Branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
