Job Description

Role Purpose:

As a PHP Architect/Lead Developer, you will design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade web applications and internal systems hosted on AWS. Youll lead by example, ensuring clean, scalable, and efficient code while mentoring developers and contributing to architecture decisions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and learning platforms.
Implement modern PHP practices using Symfony and Laravel frameworks.
Design scalable database schemas and optimize SQL queries (MySQL). Integrate APIs (REST) and ensure high system performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
Manage code using Git and implement CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure code quality, unit testing, and documentation standards are met. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills:

6-10 years of PHP development experience.
Strong OOP and MVC architecture understanding.
Expertise in Symfony, Laravel, MySQL, RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Docker.
Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD tools, and version control (Git).
Solid understanding of application security and scalability.

Preferred Skills:

ERP or enterprise application experience.
Familiarity with containerization and cloud deployment (AWS).
Frontend development experience with JS frameworks.
