Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Build and maintain robust pipelines for key Life Sciences roles. Partner with Account Managers to prioritize requirements and align on client needs. Conduct offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed. Maintain accurate records and data integrity in the ATS.
35 years of experience in U.S. staffing, preferably within Life Sciences or Pharma recruitment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of placements. Hands-on experience with ATS/VMS systems and major job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication, multitasking, and relationship management abilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
