Senior People Systems Analyst

As a Workday HCM Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration design and development of Workday HCM in collaboration with the People Systems team. You will manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize assignments, and ensure timely completion of projects. Your role will involve supporting various implementation and improvement projects across modules and regions. - Lead security administration activities, maintaining data integrity, and conducting regular data analysis and audits. - Demonstrate a good understanding of business processes and their alignment with system architecture in areas such as security, integrations, and reporting. - Act as a project manager for assigned projects, developing and maintaining project plans and timelines to ensure on-time project completion. - Rollout bi-annual Workday releases, including review, testing, implementation, training, and communication. - Perform data uploads into Workday using EIB and conduct regular systems audits to ensure process efficiency and data integrity. - Manage tenant activities within Workday, such as new tenants, renewals, implementor access, and system blackout/downtime. - Facilitate knowledge transfer and deliver training sessions for the rollout of new functionality, covering all guides and documentation. - Collaborate with the Head of People Systems to support process automation and improvement, identify areas for enhancement, and suggest system changes for effective utilization. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including implementation and configuration. - Profound knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking. - Possess an inquisitive mindset with a focus on questioning and enhancing existing processes. - Ability to work under pressure and a solid understanding of People functions.,
