Description We are seeking an experienced APAC HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of payroll solutions tailored for our APAC clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering effective training to users. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of HCM Cloud Payroll solutions for APAC clients. Provide functional expertise in payroll processes, regulations, and compliance specific to the APAC region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct testing and validation of payroll configurations and ensure they meet business requirements. Deliver training and support to end-users on payroll systems and processes. Act as a subject matter expert for HCM Cloud Payroll and provide guidance on best practices. Skills and Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in HCM Cloud Payroll functional roles, preferably in the APAC region. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance in APAC countries. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll or similar payroll systems. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
