Job Description

Mott MacDonald is looking for Senior Pavements Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop pavement structures for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Conduct site investigations and analyze data to determine the best course of action for pavement design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in pavement technology.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum years of experience in pavement engineering, focusing on road construction and management.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including AASHTO LRFD and IS codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
