Senior Overseas Education Counsellor

Job Summary

EduAccess Overseas is looking for a highly target-oriented Overseas Education Counsellor who can independently manage student counselling, admissions, and visa guidance while consistently achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students & parents for UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand & Europe
• Convert walk-ins, enquiries, calls, and leads into successful enrollments
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly counselling, application, and enrollment targets
• Evaluate student profiles and recommend best-fit courses & universities
• Handle complete application process (SOP, LOR, CV, offer acceptance)
• Guide students through student visa documentation & filing
• Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and student records
• Participate in seminars, school visits, education fairs & marketing activities
• Provide regular performance and target status updates to management

Requirements

• 2–6+ years experience in overseas education counselling
• Proven target achievement track record
• Strong admission & visa knowledge (minimum 2 destinations)
• Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
• Sales-driven mindset with ethical counselling practices
• English mandatory | Hindi/Telugu preferred
