Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Overseas Education Counsellor to guide students through the complete study-abroad process. The ideal candidate will have strong country knowledge, excellent counselling skills, and the ability to lead junior counsellors while ensuring high student satisfaction and successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert counselling to students on study abroad options including course selection, universities, countries, and career pathways

• Handle end-to-end admissions process: profile evaluation, applications, offer follow-ups, and enrolment

• Guide students on country selection (UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) based on eligibility and goals

• Maintain accurate student records and application status updates

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partners

• Mentor and support junior counsellors and help achieve team targets

• 2-6+ years of experience in overseas education counselling

• Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Ability to handle multiple student cases independently

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling Europe, UK, or Italy admissions

• Team-handling or mentoring experience

• Strong student conversion and visa success record
