Senior Operations Officer

As an Ops Sup Analyst 2 at our company, your role involves providing operations support services and acting as the liaison between various teams and clients. Your primary responsibilities include: - Updating help content for Knowledge Hub end users and servicing client inquiries - Executing assigned work such as annual review certification and change requests - Serving as a liaison to the business for work assignments, including content approval - Conducting needs assessments and developing content solutions based on business requirements - Researching and providing solutions to inquiries on help content, policy gaps, and changes - Monitoring work progression to ensure timely completion of assignments - Ensuring consistent application of team process controls You are expected to fulfill client needs while delivering an exceptional client experience by assessing risks and complying with laws, rules, and regulations.
