Senior Operations Manager

Role Overview: As the Senior Operations Manager in Kalyan, Mumbai, India, within the Furniture / D2C / Manufacturing industry, your primary responsibility will be overseeing end-to-end backend operations. This includes managing supply chain, production, logistics, warehousing, and post-sales service to ensure efficient scaling of operations. Reporting directly to the founders, you play a crucial role in the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement processes and maintain vendor relationships - Oversee production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards - Coordinate logistics activities and optimize warehousing operations - Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory - Drive quality control initiatives to enhance product quality - Supervise dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery to customers - Manage customer support operations and address customer queries effectively - Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency - Build and lead operational teams to drive performance and productivity - Develop operational dashboards to track key metrics and enhance decision-making Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in operations and supply chain management - Preferably have experience in the D2C or furniture industry - Strong skills in vendor management and cost control - Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and other operational tools - Mandatory requirement of an engineering degree; MBA is advantageous Additional Details: By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to take on a high-impact role in a rapidly growing brand.
