Senior Operations Expert - Power Transformers APMEA

As a Senior Operations Expert with a strong background in Transformer Manufacturing, your role will involve optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational excellence across facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product line and factory managers to develop and facilitate programs, projects, goals, and metrics that enhance manufacturing performance. - Drive synergies among transformer manufacturing facilities in the region. - Provide guidance and support in overseeing manufacturing processes, managing resources efficiently, and implementing best practices to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets. - Work closely with the Global Product Group Operations team to implement best practices and ensure the adoption of the latest manufacturing technologies across the APMEA region. - Lead and oversee manufacturing automation and digitalization projects to improve efficiency and enhance production capabilities. - Oversee planning, execution, and completion of large capital expenditure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required specifications. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators specific to transformer manufacturing to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, factory management, or related roles. - Hands-on mentality and deep understanding of the power transformer manufacturing environment. - Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex organizations. - Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with a clear passion for self and others" development. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language. - This role may require travel within the HUB APMEA region, up to 35%.,
