Senior Operations Executive Warehouse & Order Management in Gurgaon

You are required to take full ownership of Petblush's warehouse and day-to-day operations. Your role will involve ensuring smooth order processing (both online & offline), accurate inventory management, and efficient dispatch of products. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, helpers, and packaging activities. Key Responsibilities: - Process online (e-commerce/marketplaces) and offline (retail/distributors) orders promptly and accurately. - Ensure timely dispatch of products with proper documentation. - Take complete ownership of warehouse operations. - Oversee incoming goods such as raw materials and finished products while maintaining records. - Supervise inventory management, including stock updates, stock rotation, and audits. - Maintain daily diaries, registers, and logs for incoming and outgoing materials. - Manage and supervise helpers, packaging staff, and laborers. - Allocate daily tasks and ensure a smooth workflow. - Ensure proper packaging of products according to brand standards. - Monitor quality checks before dispatch. - Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless operations. - Provide regular reports on stock, dispatches, and warehouse activities to management.
