Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Hybrid) who will take ownership of Petblush’s online presence across websites, social media, marketplaces, and digital campaigns. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytics — building brand awareness through content and community while also driving measurable growth in online sales and leads. Key Responsibilities - Social Media & Content Manage and grow Petblush’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create and execute content calendars — posts, reels, stories, short videos. Work with freelancers to deliver engaging creatives. Digital Advertising & Growth Plan and run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns . Monitor performance (CTR, ROAS, CAC) and optimize campaigns for better results. Implement remarketing, funnel strategies. E-commerce & Marketplaces Manage listings on IndiaMart, Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms . Ensure updated catalogs, product details, and visibility optimization. Creating A+ Content for product listings which include designing product images with USPs, product descriptions, product video scripts, etc. SEO & Website Conduct keyword research and optimize website/product pages. Support content creation for blogs and SEO-driven articles. CRM & Retention Marketing Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, launches, and updates. Maintain databases and segment customer groups for targeted campaigns. Analytics & Reporting Track digital performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools. Share weekly/monthly reports with key insights and action plan Customer Queries Handling customer queries for online orders Requirements 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably with consumer/e-commerce brands). Strong knowledge of social media management + paid campaigns . Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO basics, and marketplace management . Role Overview We are seeking a Sales Executive – Tele Sales who will be responsible for driving sales, managing retailer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple channels. This role is central to maintaining our retailer network, handling follow-ups, and supporting both sales and supplier calls. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales calls with retailers to promote and sell Petblush products. Make collections calls to ensure timely payments from clients. Handle Leads from IndiaMart / other channels and convert inquiries into sales. Assist with supplier calls and customer calls , when required. Maintain and update CRM tools, sales trackers, and Excel reports . Share updated catalogs with retailers and prospects. Provide regular reporting and follow-up to the sales team and management.
