Senior Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site

  KYC (Know Your Customer)

  verifications as per internal and regulatory standards.
• Visit client locations to collect, verify, and authenticate required documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all KYC forms and submitted documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth data processing and timely reporting.
• Handle sensitive and confidential client information with discretion.
• Provide daily field reports and updates to the operations management team.

Basic Knowledge Required:

• LRN (Loan Recall Notice)

• Section 21 - Invocation of Arbitration

• IO (Interim Order)

• SOC (Statement of Claim)

• SOD (Statement of Defense)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce or Law background).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, field work, or financial services.
• Good understanding of KYC norms and legal documentation processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field tasks effectively.
