Job Description

Manage end-to-end execution of bulk B2B gifting orders from order confirmation to final delivery
Coordinate closely with sales teams to understand client requirements, quantities, timelines, and customization details
Punch and manage orders in the Order Management System (OMS) with high accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and track order details using Excel-based trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards
Apply a data-driven approach to monitor order status, identify risks, optimize timelines, and reduce errors
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, customization, and packaging requirements
Work closely with finance teams for pricing validation, PO creation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory planning, storage, packaging, and dispatch readiness
Liaise with logistics partners / delivery partners to ensure timely, accurate, multi-location deliveries
Monitor SLA adherence, quality benchmarks, and cost controls across all partners
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, delays, shortages, or quality deviations
Maintain complete documentation, reconciliations, and order closure reports
