Job Responsibilities:
(i) Production Support/Application Support.
(ii) Identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
(iii) Responsible for Root cause analysis, Management communication and client communication. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
(iv) Middleware Engineering using JBoss and Wildfly.
(v) Unix/Linux and Shell scripting for Job schedulers at OS level.
(vi) Perform deployments and Maintenance window support.
