Senior Officer, Specialist, Credit Control, Risk Management Group

As a member of the Risk Management Group, your role involves partnering with origination teams to provide financing, investments, and hedging opportunities to customers while effectively managing risk exposure. Your responsibilities include: - Checking offer letters and security documents - Following up on pre and post monitoring disbursal conditions and pending security documents - Preparing various MIS reports, including internal MIS and those for HO/regulators - Efficient database management of MIS related to the Credit Control Unit - Liaising with in-house and external legal teams for drafting non-standard documents and with vendors for valuation, charge creation, etc. - Managing the portfolio effectively Key accountabilities include: - Preparing/checking offer letters and documents in line with credit conditions stipulated in Credit Memos - Monitoring post disbursal conditions - Inputting, releasing, and checking all conditions precedents stipulated in Credit Memo before loading offshore and onshore limits - Tracking regulatory/credit monitoring items like Stock Statement, QIS, Insurance policies, collateral audit, ROC Search, etc. - Preparing MIS on incomplete security documents and liaising with RMs for receipt/rectification - Participating in process analysis to make them more efficient and reduce duplication Requirements for this role: - Understanding various bank products and credit administration - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit administration, with a minimum stint of 3 years for BE-A - Graduate in the Commerce stream with at least 3-5 years of documentation experience - Basic knowledge of MS Office and various systems used by CCU would be advantageous In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a dynamic environment that supports your professional development and recognizes your achievements.
