Senior Officer - Packaging

Role Overview: As a Senior Officer Packing at Bunge in Kandla, Gujarat, India, your main responsibility is to ensure the packaging of edible oils with SOPs as designed by Bunge. Key Responsibilities: - Packaging of Edible oil under well-known brand names. - Adhering to Safety & Food Safety Standards and goals, implementing stringent manufacturing practices conforming to HACCP standards. - Practicing TQM/5S, CI, KAIZEN, food safety, etc., ensuring continuous improvements at work by involving all department members in small group activities. - Ensuring Packing is executed with required Quality and as per Food safety norms. - Responsible for Identification, analysis, and simplification/improvements of processes in operations. - Keeping the operation area safe for workmen. - Sustaining 5s & housekeeping in plant. - Minimizing waste in respect to oil and packing materials. - Attending and addressing Market complaints. - Training the manpower of the packing section for production delivery. Qualification Required: - B.Sc. or any Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical. - 4-6 years in the edible oil industry.
