Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Biswan for the position of Senior Officer OSD MFG. The Senior Officer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, managing production schedules, and optimizing efficiency. Daily tasks will include coordinating with team members, troubleshooting any issues that arise in the production line, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity. The role will involve extensive collaboration with various departments to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Experience in managing production schedules and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent coordination and team collaboration skills
• Hands-on experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work on-site in Biswan
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
