• Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo modules, with a focus on CRM, Sales, Accounting, and Training workflows.
• Build and enhance Lead Management, Enrolment, Quotation, and Invoice workflows.
• Architect and maintain scalable workflows, automations, and reports.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms, APIs, and external systems.
• Ensure system performance and best development practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training guides.
• Collaborate with admissions, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into ERP solutions.

• 5+ years of proven Odoo development experience (custom modules, APIs, version upgrades).
• Strong command of Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Odoo frameworks.
• Expertise in custom CRM workflows for leads, enrolment, and quotations.
• Solid understanding of Odoo deployment, upgrades, and migrations.
• Hands-on with Linux server administration and Odoo.sh.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to deliver clean, scalable code.

• Experience in enterprise-grade Odoo deployments (100+ users).
• Strong functional knowledge of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and training business processes.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and DevOps workflows.
• Exposure to cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure).
