We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to lead the development and customization of our Training Institute CRM. The system manages critical operations such as Lead Management, Enrolment Forms, Student Enrolment, Quotations, and Invoicing, with seamless integration across departments. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and optimize Odoo modules, with a focus on CRM, Sales, Accounting, and Training workflows. Build and enhance Lead Management, Enrolment, Quotation, and Invoice workflows. Architect and maintain scalable workflows, automations, and reports. Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms, APIs, and external systems. Ensure system performance and best development practices. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training guides. Collaborate with admissions, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into ERP solutions. Requirements 5+ years of proven Odoo development experience (custom modules, APIs, version upgrades). Strong command of Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Odoo frameworks. Expertise in custom CRM workflows for leads, enrolment, and quotations. Solid understanding of Odoo deployment, upgrades, and migrations. Hands-on with Linux server administration and Odoo.sh. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to deliver clean, scalable code. Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise-grade Odoo deployments (100+ users). Strong functional knowledge of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and training business processes. Familiarity with Docker, Git, and DevOps workflows. Exposure to cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure).
