Senior Next.js Engineer

We're seeking a true Next.js expert with 3-5+ years of hands-on production experience building and scaling Next.js apps from scratch, using a wide range of features like SSR/ISR, API routes, middleware, and app router for high-traffic B2C products.

If you've optimized for 50K+ users, deployed beyond Vercel, and handled real performance challenges, this is for you. But if your Next.js is limited to basics or tutorials, please don't applywe're upfront to save time, as most applicants haven't met this depth.

What You'll Do

- Architect scalable Next.js apps with advanced features for sub-second performance at scale.

- Orchestrate AI agents (e.g., Claude Code) to generate Next.js components and experiments overnight.

- Ship React/Next.js features daily, optimizing render cycles and Lighthouse scores.

- Enable PMs/designers to contribute via AI tools, coaching humbly to boost velocity.

- Review PRs from humans/AI, focusing on maintainability and integrations.

- Dive into mobile/A/B testing in Next.js, integrating AI trends persistently.

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiables (self-select out if missing):

- 3-5+ years production Next.js across diverse apps, including SSR/ISR at scale for 50K+ users.

- Deep React/TypeScript foundation; AI tool experience (Claude Code, etc.) for agentic workflows.

- Portfolio showing B2C metric impacts; coaching non-engineers perceptively.

- Bangalore-based, 45-min commute to Koramangala or ready to relocate asap; in-office 4 days, start within 30 days.

Mindset: See Next.js as core craft; excited by AI as multiplier; humble collaborator admitting errors; hungry innovator exceeding basics; smart listener adjusting for no-drama teams.
