Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Network Engineer to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability and optimal performance of the network infrastructure, resolving escalated issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining seamless communication with clients. This role requires strong technical expertise in network monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as leadership in managing complex issues and guiding junior staff.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Network Engineer. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions. The role includes daily tasks of network administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. The engineer will also monitor network performance and provide support to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting network issues
• Expertise in Network Security practices
• Experience in Network Design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a plus
