Description
Role requirements 1-3 years of experience/knowledge in Incident, request and change management. Good understanding of network protocols, ports, and common services such as network and application layer protocols. Understanding of mainstream operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), and commonly used web browsers (Edge, IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Good knowledge in incident analysis, evidence collection, documentation, communications, reporting and response. Experience in managing Forward Proxy, Reverse Proxy or Firewall. Basic Knowledge in Proxy (Zscaler), VPN (Zscaler), WAF (Akamai) and CDN (Akamai) solutions and network routing and switching. Basic knowledge of ATP, Sandbox, Antivirus, IPS/IDS, SSL inspections etc Basic knowledge in network troubleshooting tools such as tcpdump, winMTR, nslookup, netstat etc and network analysis tools such as Wireshark, fiddler etc. Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI Layers, TCP/IP, IP Packet Flow, protocols, routing switching and services...) Experience in troubleshooting webpages via development tool. Possess good communication and documentation skills (fluent English in written and verbal form). Proficiency in time management. Support rotational 24x7 operational shifts and on call when needed.
