Senior .Net Developer

The ideal candidate for the Senior .NET Developer position in Kolkata, India should be responsible for designing and developing custom business solutions according to requirements and client needs. You will be involved in developing, testing, and deploying database-driven applications using various technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5, Ajax, Java/J2EE, and PL/SQL. It will be essential to collaborate with the internal business team to define requirements, develop code, and conduct unit testing for your solutions. Participation in design and code reviews is also expected. Each project will require a diverse set of technical skills, necessitating a well-rounded, experienced, and adaptable individual for this role. The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft .NET (4.0 or higher) utilizing ASP.NET and C#, as well as familiarity with Microsoft MVC. Additionally, expertise in Web UI design using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JSON, Object-Oriented Design Patterns, SQL, PL/SQL, and agile development methodologies is required. Experience with the production and consumption of RESTful Web Services, building database-driven Web applications, and working independently or as part of a geographically diverse team is crucial for this position. Desirable qualifications include proficiency in Angular (or similar), HTML 5.0, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, Telerik Kendo UI components, Git, BitBucket, Jira, Miro, Jenkins, Java/J2EE, fault-tolerant system design, service bus architectures, Oracle, and prior work on a Scrum team.
