Senior .Net Developer

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions following the full Software

Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

- Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for performance and scalability

improvements.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to 12th Wonder coding standards.

- Implement unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.

- Contribute to Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) and architectural discussions.

- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and reviewing deliverables.

- Collaborate in Agile teams, managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

- Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies to improve productivity and innovation

Preferred candidate profile

Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree.

- Experience: 410 years of proven experience in developing web applications.

- Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles and design patterns.

- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.

- Proficiency with XML, ADO/ADO.NET, LINQ, AJAX, and IIS.

- Strong experience in SQL and both relational and non-relational databases.

- Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as GIT and TeamCity.

- Hands-on experience with Web API / REST API development is essential.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to UI frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.

- Ability to assess feature impacts, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration abilities.
