We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Core Developer to lead our backenddevelopment efforts. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the backend architecture, enforce best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable APIs.

Responsibilities:

Lead backend development using .NET Core.
Refactor and optimize existing APIs for performance and maintainability.
Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level .NET developers.
Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and RESTful API development.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability.
Experience refactoring legacy code and improving performance.
Proven ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and guide other developers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,650,000.00 per year
