Senior .NET Core Developer

You are a Senior .NET Core Developer with strong backend development expertise and an eye for quality. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+. Your role includes building scalable APIs and microservices to support AI and automation solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability of applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, AI services, and automation frameworks, and build custom UiPath activities/connectors or APIs for RPA platforms when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+. - Build scalable APIs and microservices to support AI and automation solutions. - Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications. - Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, AI services, and automation frameworks. - Build custom UiPath activities/connectors or APIs for RPA platforms when needed. - Participate in architectural design discussions and ensure adherence to clean coding standards. - Conduct code reviews, implement unit/integration testing, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. - Mentor junior developers on .NET best practices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, AI Engineers, Frontend Developers). - Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Deliver projects within timelines while ensuring quality and compliance (e.g., healthcare or finance). Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core / .NET 6+ development. - Strong expertise in C#, Web APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture. - Proficiency with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, performance tuning, and security practices. - Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes. - Exposure to AI/automation projects (e.g., integrating with Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, or RPA tools). - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering high-quality solutions. It is good to have experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React) for full-stack development, knowledge of Python or scripting for AI/ML integrations, background in building SaaS applications or automation platforms, and prior exposure to healthcare or finance compliance projects.
