Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for promotional videos, social media content, and branded videos.
• Collaborate with designers, content, and brand teams to conceptualize and execute projects aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead the creative process from storyboarding and scripting to animation and post-production.
• Stay updated on industry trends, integrating innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Mentor junior motion graphic designers, fostering skill development and creativity.
• Review motion graphic projects regularly to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and goals.
• Prepare and optimize assets for various digital platforms, ensuring high visual quality across devices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in motion graphic design or animation, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in project management and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling motion graphics.
