Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns, advertisements, social media, presentations, and video content.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams to translate concepts into dynamic visuals.
• Lead motion design projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
• Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior motion graphic designers and interns.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
• Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Work closely with video editors, 3D artists, and other creative professionals as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation, preferably in an agency or production environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other motion design tools (Cinema4D, Blender, etc. is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design, typography, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
