As a Senior Mortgage Advisor at our Delhi office, you will utilize your extensive experience of over 7 years in offering mortgage advice, managing client portfolios, and guiding customers through the complete home loan process. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering expert financial advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting clients in securing the most suitable mortgage products tailored to their requirements. You will be expected to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients regarding mortgage products, interest rates, and lending options. Assessing clients" financial situations and eligibility to recommend appropriate mortgage solutions will be an integral part of your role. You will manage the entire mortgage application process from start to finish, ensuring timely submissions and approvals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals will be crucial to your success. It is essential to keep yourself updated on the latest market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to offer the best services to clients while maintaining compliance with all relevant banking and financial regulations, as well as company policies. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior advisors to enhance team performance. You will actively contribute to business development by generating leads through networking and referrals. Preparation of detailed mortgage proposals and documentation for clients will also be part of your routine tasks. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a mortgage advisor or in a related financial services role is required. Profound knowledge of mortgage products, home loan processes, and regulatory requirements in India is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are key to effectively build and maintain client relationships. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and certification in mortgage advisory or financial planning would be advantageous in this position.,
