Doceree is looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer who can build, automate, and scale production-grade ML systems.
If you don’t have strong AWS + Airflow + Spark hands-on experience, this role won’t be a fit. This is not a “learn-on-the-job” position — we need someone who already operates at a high technical depth.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years DevOps + 4+ years strong MLOps
• Expert with Apache Airflow / MWAA
• Strong hands-on with Apache Spark (EMR / Glue / self-hosted)
• Deep AWS experience: EKS/ECS/Fargate, Lambda, Kinesis, Athena/Redshift, S3, CloudWatch
• Python for ML pipeline automation
• Experience in product companies (service candidates only if AWS + MLOps depth is proven)

Good to Have

• Dockerized ML workflows on EKS/ECS
• ML observability: drift detection, monitoring, alerting
• CI/CD/CT using GitHub Actions / Jenkins
• JupyterHub, Linux, scripting, metadata tracking
• Understanding of TensorFlow/PyTorch deployment patterns

Role Overview

• Build & operate cloud-native ML platforms
• Own ML/ETL pipelines via Airflow/MWAA + Spark
• Deploy ML workloads using Docker/EKS/ECS/Fargate/Lambda
• Build CI/CT/CD pipelines
• Implement ML observability & model tracking
• Partner with data teams to ship models to production
