Job Description:

Policybazaar.com is seeking a highly skilled Senior MIS Executive with 3 - 6 years of experience to manage and optimize our management information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting data that supports key business decisions and drives operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, consolidate, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and insights for management.
• Automate reporting processes and design interactive dashboards for business teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data in all reports.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and provide insights for business reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL or other database tools..
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication and presentation skills to interact with management teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in MIS/Data Analysis roles.
