Job Title: MIR Officer Location: Mulund (West), Mumbai Department: Management Information & Reporting (MIR) Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Designation: Assistant Manager Job Purpose: To ensure timely, accurate, and structured management information reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Collection & Management o Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data from all departments and branches as per reporting requirements. o Maintain updated databases and ensure data accuracy and completeness. 2. MIS Reporting o Prepare, compile, and circulate various MIS reports (performance reports, sales reports, procurement reports, stock reports, expenses report, collection report etc.) o Analyse reports to identify trends, variances, red flags and actionable insights for management. o To prepare graphical presentations of reports generated. 3. Data Analysis o Perform detailed data analysis to support operational improvement, cost control, and productivity enhancement. o Provide recommendations based on analysis for business process improvements. 4. Coordination o Coordinate with departments and branch teams to gather timely inputs for reports. o Timely Follow up to meet reporting deadlines. 5. Compliance & Accuracy o Ensure reporting formats comply with management’s desired standards. o Conduct periodic data validation and reconciliation to eliminate discrepancies. Key Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of Excel, advanced formulas, pivot tables, power point presentation, data validation, and formatting • Basic data analysis and interpretation skills • Accuracy, attention to detail, and structured approach to work • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to manage time and prioritise multiple reporting deadlines • Exposure to ERP/Tally/BI tools (preferred) Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields Experience: • Minimum 2-3 years in MIS/MIR/Data Reporting roles Terms of Employment: • Working Hrs: Weekdays 9:00 am to 6.00-0 pm |Saturday’s till 3 pm | Sunday: Off • Probation period: 3 months • Retention period: minimum 12 month post probation
