Job Title: Senior EUC / MacOS / iOS Engineer
Location: Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid - 3days in a week at office, 2 days WFH)Shift Timings: US Hours - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (might change as per daylight saving)Contract Duration: 2 yearsPosition: 1Overall Senior 7+ yearsRelevant (5+ years)Considerable Notice Period: 30 days
Contractor’s Role: The engineers role includes evaluation, installation, integration, and monitoring of Apple devices and related software in a multi-vendor environment, ensuring compliance with controls and standards, and delivering scalable end-user service solutions.Experience Level: Senior – 7+ years.Qualifications: BE or any bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
Must have skills: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, over 7 years of MacOS management and operations experience, expertise with macOS and iOS systems, MDM/MAM technologies, and supporting infrastructure like Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking. Knowledge of conferencing platforms and ITSM models is also valued. Candidate MUST have Microsoft GPO experience.
Nice to Haves: Good written & Oral communication, Worked on Office 365 suites, ADO Etc.,
