Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Minimum 3+ years experience doing hands on configuration of Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail.
Present Conference Room Pilot showing Dynamics 365 fit to the Retail customers organization.
Have a good understanding of architecture and know how Dynamics 365 Retail can work with other Dynamics AX/365 modules and power platform.
Advise customer organization on Retail Processes & Controls using Dynamics 365 Retail and help minimize gaps between standard Dynamics 365 Retail customer's business processes with creative configuration.
Prepare Functional Requirement Document.
Prepare functional specification for customizations required for MS Dynamics 365 Retail implementations.
Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans.
Store Roll-Out execution.
Provide pre go live and post go live end user support.
Should be able to handle level 2 issues related to deployment of retail in different topologies (Commerce Scale Unit(Cloud/Self Hosted), Cloud POS, MPOS, Offline DB etc)
