Senior MEP Manager

As a MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and commissioning MEP Works to enhance project capacity and productivity. This includes developing control budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules, as well as assisting the design team in distributing systems and layouts of MEP equipment. You will be tasked with conceptualizing detailed project reports and execution plans in consultation with clients, selecting sites, evaluating projects based on costs and profits. Additionally, you will engage with clients for approvals, inspections, dispatches, and project execution while providing guidance to the team. A key aspect of your role will involve minimizing operational hazards and performance bottlenecks to maximize productivity and optimize resources. You will implement cost-saving techniques to reduce O&M expenditures and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints. Your responsibilities will also include forecasting inventory needs, ensuring timely project completion within defined standards and financial costs, and supervising all construction activities. Monitoring project progress, analyzing data, detecting delays, and proposing remedial actions will be crucial to drive project deliverables and secure statutory approvals from relevant authorities.
