Senior MEP Modeler Landscape Projects

Location:

Madurai, Tamil Nadu

5+ years in MEP modeling (preferably in landscape or infrastructure projects)

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, irrigation) using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with landscape architects and civil teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools
Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and as-built documentation
Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and sustainability standards
Mentor junior modelers and support BIM implementation across projects

Requirements

B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP modeling, with exposure to landscape projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows
Strong understanding of MEP systems in outdoor environments (e.g., irrigation, lighting, drainage)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
