Job Description

As a Solution Designer for the application, you will work closely with PMO, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand the overall requirements and user stories. Your responsibilities will include refining the stories, estimating story points, and assigning tasks to team members. You will guide developers in building the solution and conduct code reviews for each component. Additionally, you will review the Unit Test plan and results, participate in functional testing with business analysts, and develop integrations with other systems/services. You will be responsible for code development based on available capacity, as well as for application performance and security improvements. - Proven experience in solution design and development - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to review code and provide constructive feedback - Experience in conducting unit tests and functional testing - Knowledge of application performance optimization and security best practices - Familiarity with developing integrations with external systems/services,
