Senior Mendix Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Mendix applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Define technical architecture and design scalable Mendix applications, integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and databases.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and implement unit and integration testing.
• Monitor application performance, maintain system health, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Enforce Mendix development standards and contribute to the internal knowledge base and reusable component libraries.

Experience Requirement:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in Mendix application development.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying Mendix applications across enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SOAP and REST integrations.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS for application deployment and scaling.
• Hands-on experience in database management with MySQL and other relational databases.
• Exposure to performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support of Mendix applications.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and driving technical best practices.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
