Job Description

Description

Responsible for transcribing doctors’ dictations and clinical notes into accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

Listen to and transcribe physician dictations into written reports
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with hospital documentation standards
Edit and proofread medical documents for clarity and correctness
Support MRD/Health Information Management in maintaining patient records

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in Medical Transcription or related field
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
Good typing speed, attention to detail, and confidentiality awareness
