Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Medical Sales Representative. The role is based in Lucknow, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building trusted relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Medical Sales and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy, with the ability to communicate technical product information effectively
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Ability to manage a hybrid work structure effectively, with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
