Job Description

As a Medical Coder, your main responsibilities will include coding or auditing charts as per the given requirements. You will be in charge of updating and clearing production/pending reports and collaborating closely with the team leader. Reviewing emails for any updates and promptly identifying issues to escalate to the immediate supervisor is a crucial part of your role. It is paramount to strictly adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times. Your sound knowledge in Medical Coding concepts will be essential for the successful execution of your duties. With 6 months to 3 years of Coding Experience, you should be well-equipped to understand client requirements and project specifications. Meeting the productivity targets set by clients on a daily and monthly basis is of utmost importance. You will be expected to apply any instructions/updates received from the client during production accurately. Additionally, preparing and maintaining reports will be a part of your routine tasks to ensure smooth operations.,
