Role & responsibilities : We are seeking mechanical maintenance manager who has hands on experience on plant maintenance especially CNC machines. Key Requirement : preferable experience with CNC machines in your profile Breakdown analysis. Commissioning and troubleshooting of CNC machines. Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: 1. To maintain Plant & Machinery capable of producing Quality products. 2. To attend Machine Break downs. 3. Planning and implementation of Preventive Maintenance. 4. To provide plant services and handling facilities to maintain Quality during Production. 5. Periodic Calibration of Testing and Measuring Equipment used in the Machinery. 6. Compliance with Statutory requirements. 7. Review and Approval of Department Procedure Manual, Quality Procedure Manual for Instrumentation and Preventive Maintenance Procedures Preferred candidate profile : experience in Seamless Steel, OCTG, Iron & Gas and Manufacturing industry preferred. Education : B.Tech (Mechanical) Preferred. Work Location : Narketpally Village, Nalgonda District, Telangana State. Perks and benefits : Yearly Hike and other benefits.
