Job Overview:

Senior Pattern Design Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and analyze

    3D CAD models

    using

    Siemens NX and AutoCAD

  • Ensure

    dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and manufacturability

  • Identify design issues and implement improvements to reduce rework and defects
  • Support

    trial runs, pattern corrections, and testing activities

  • Maintain

    design documentation, revisions, and approvals

  • Coordinate with

    production, quality, and shop-floor teams

  • Mentor junior designers and support design process improvement


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering / Production/ Pattern Engineering.  
  • 1–5 years of experience in

    pattern design, foundry, or manufacturing

  • Strong skills in

    Siemens NX, AutoCAD, CAD/CAM, 3D Modeling

  • Knowledge of

    foundry processes, moulding, casting, and pattern making

  • Experience with

    Vernier caliper, micrometer, and dimensional inspection

  • Strong problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail
