Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver organic search strategies that support business goals across Motherhood portfolio of sites
Drive initiatives around technical audits, site architecture, structured data, keyword strategies, and internal linking.
Innovate and experiment. Stay on the cutting edge of whats next in search and customer journeys.
Defining and executing the SEO strategy across content, tech, and off-site
Leading keyword research, opportunity analysis, and roadmap creation.
Managing site audits and working with developers to implement fixes.
Aligning content with search intent, user journeys, and conversion goals
Overseeing backlink profiles, link-building strategy, and digital PR efforts
Collaborating with content, UX, and brand teams to improve performance
Reporting rankings, traffic, and ROI to stakeholders
Managing SEO budgets and external vendor relationship
Implement local and international SEO techniques across local (Google My Business listings) and international website

Knowledge and Specific Skills:

Attribution, reporting, and dashboards are your tools for showcasing impact and making strategic decisions.
Deep understanding and passion for Technical SEO, Content, Linking.
Proficiency across productivity and insights tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush
Strong project management skills such as timekeeping and prioritization are key.
