SEO Manager Job Description About the Role

As the SEO Manageryou will be critical in optimizing our digital presence to drive growth across all product categories. You will collaborate closely with the Brand and Digital teams to execute comprehensive SEO strategiesanalyze performance dataand ensure our website adheres to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical SEO & Website Optimization

Conduct Audits:
Perform detailed technical SEO audits (crawlability indexation site architecture
Core Web Vitals
structured data internal linking).
Fix Issues:
Identify and resolve all technical issuesincluding crawl errorsbroken linksduplicate contentand canonicalization issues.
Performance:
Monitor and optimize overall website performancefocusing on page speedmobile experienceand accessibility.

2. MonitoringAnalysis & Reporting

Tracking:
Track and report on keyword performancerankingstrafficand index coverage using tools like Google Search Console (GSC)GA4SEMrushand Ahrefs.
Strategy:
Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
Presentation:
Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

3. On-Page & Structured Data

Schema Implementation:
Implement and maintain schema markup (e. g. Organization Medical Entity FAQ Reviews) to secure rich search features.
Collaboration:
Work with content teams to optimize metadataon-page SEOand URL structures.
Development Alignment:
Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into new feature releasessite migrationsand redesigns.

4. Goverce & Compliance

Guidelines:
Develop and maintain clear SEO guidelines for all content and website changes.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to
Google Search Essentials
(Webmaster Guidelines) and monitor algorithm updates.
Education
MBA or Graduate
