We’re looking for a Tech-Savvy, Creative & Execution-Driven Marketing Executive to lead and grow our brand both online and on the ground. What You’ll Do 🎯 Execute on Marketing Strategy Execute on effective marketing campaigns—seasonal, digital, in-store Run and analyse the performance of social media ads and online listings Maintain strong brand visibility across all digital platforms 📢 On-Ground & In-Store Promotions Organise in-store events, offers, and customer engagement drives Coordinate product launches and promotions with internal teams 📱 Digital & Tech-Driven Brand Building Manage social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) Collaborate with local influencers, food bloggers & partners Monitor reviews, improve customer engagement, and grow reach 🤝 Coordinating the Business with Stakeholders Act as the key link between management, design teams, and external partners Communicate effectively with vendors, creatives, agencies, and operational staff Support decision-making through market insights and regular reporting 🧠 Ownership & Growth Focused Track marketing performance, adjust strategy as needed Stay updated on F&B trends and suggest innovative ideas Represent Icy Spicy’s values in every campaign and customer interaction You’re a Great Fit If You: ✔ Have 2–4 years of marketing experience (preferably in F&B or retail) ✔ Can manage Meta ads, Canva, Google Business, WhatsApp Broadcasts ✔ Are a great communicator and multitasker ✔ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment ✔ Understand the pulse of both locals and tourists in Port Blair Perks: 🍽 Daily access to amazing food 😉 📈 Room to grow with a fast-moving, loved local brand 🎉 Ownership and freedom to innovate Apply Now!
